Use the catalogue without a mouse.
The Jorkli building components catalogue puts product notes in readable text and provides keyboard routes to the enquiry controls. If a control or specification gets in your way, contact us directly. You do not need to complete a web form to ask about a component.
Keyboard controls follow the reading order.
Start with the skip link, then move through links and controls without needing hover.
The first keyboard link is “Skip to main content.” It bypasses the repeated masthead and places you at the page's main content. The navigation identifies the catalogue separately from the product-family button. You can also go straight to the catalogue directory instead of using the expanded menu.
Links and buttons have visible focus treatment. This outline marks the active control; it is not an error indicator. You can move back to an earlier control without restarting the page. No product description requires a pointer to rest over a photograph.
- Move forward or back
- Use Tab to move to the next link or form control. Use Shift + Tab to move back. The focus outline should stay visible against the surrounding surface.
- Follow a link or operate a button
- Press Enter on a link. Native buttons also respond to Space. The product-family control reports whether its panel is expanded; activate it again to close the panel.
- Read a wide specification table
- A wide table scrolls inside its own area rather than making the entire page wider. Where the table wrapper is focusable, focus it and use the arrow keys to move across columns. Table captions and header cells identify what each value describes.
- Close support without sending
- The support panel includes a labeled close button. Opening the panel does not require you to send a message or provide contact details. The separate contact page remains available if the widget is awkward with your software.
Product details stay text, not pictures of text.
The layout supports browser zoom, while specifications remain selectable and readable by assistive software.
The building components catalogue uses headings, paragraphs and labeled specification rows rather than placing essential product information inside photographs. A screw image shows work context. The accompanying text explains the drive or coating, so recognizing a small visual detail is not the only way to understand the listing.
Cream text on forest surfaces and dark text on cream reading areas provide contrast. Links are identified through their wording and treatment, and form errors include text rather than relying only on a change of color. Focus outlines use a separate contrasting edge.
Browser zoom is not disabled. On narrow screens, columns stack and long headings wrap. The section links on this page can scroll sideways within their own strip; they do not require the whole page to scroll horizontally. You can increase the browser's text size instead of pinching a photograph to read a specification.
Photographs have text alternatives describing their subject. Decorative icons accompany written labels or are hidden from assistive technology. Product suitability still needs confirmation against the actual component: accessible reading of an anchor table is not a substitute for verifying the base material or load requirement.
Ask for the relevant catalogue notes in plain text. Include the page title or component name and say which detail you need, such as the pack basis or the distinction between coated and stainless fasteners. You do not need to explain a medical condition.
Reduced-motion settings keep the technical bands still.
Your device's reduced-motion preference takes priority over decorative motion.
The site uses running specification strips and a quiet background texture as visual detail. These effects do not carry information that is absent from the ordinary page content. With reduced motion enabled, the ticker stops and its labels remain readable. Smooth scrolling and decorative transitions are reduced as well.
The canvas depth effect does not start under reduced motion or on narrow viewports. A static ground takes its place. On supported larger screens the effect pauses when it is outside the view or the page is not visible. It does not need interaction to reveal product information.
Set “reduce motion” or the equivalent option in your operating system's accessibility settings; the exact label depends on the device. A running ticker pauses on hover, but hover is not the only way to avoid movement. Use the system preference if you read by touch or keyboard.
No autoplay video is needed to understand the catalogue. If decorative movement continues after you change your preference, report the page and browser through the contact route below. You can still request the component notes by email.
An enquiry needs a name and a reply route.
Phone and email are each optional fields, but one of them must be supplied so Jorkli can answer.
The enquiry form uses visible labels. Name and the consent checkbox are required. You may supply a phone number without an email, or an email without a phone number. If you leave both blank, the request cannot be answered and the form asks for contact information. There is no account password to create.
Use the notes field for details that do not fit neatly into a specification field. For an accessibility issue, describe what you tried and what prevented completion. Do not place payment details in a message. This catalogue has no checkout.
A successful submission is confirmed only after the server accepts it. If you see an error or the connection fails, do not treat the request as received. You can call or email instead of repeatedly pressing submit. An accepted enquiry is still not an order; the distinction is set out in the terms of use.
Storage consent does not gate catalogue reading.
The cookie banner offers “Decline” and “Allow storage.” Neither choice prevents you from reading the catalogue or making a product enquiry. The consent for using your contact details to answer a message is separate from advertising storage.
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send traffic to this site with gclid, msclkid and fbclid click identifiers. Consent Mode v2 keeps ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until you allow storage, and sets them back to denied when you decline or withdraw. Global Privacy Control is honored as an opt-out without asking again. See the cookie statement and Microsoft privacy statement for handling details.
This is a practical access statement, not a certification.
We describe the site's intended behavior without claiming that every browser and assistive-technology combination is verified.
No external accessibility certification or independent audit result is claimed here. Features can behave differently across devices and software versions. If the described route does not work with your setup, that is useful feedback, not a reason to abandon the enquiry.
Specification tables can need horizontal movement at high zoom. Third-party pages, including advertising-platform privacy statements, use their own layouts. Manufacturer documents requested during a component enquiry may also use a different format; ask for the particular detail in text if the document is difficult to read.
Support chat and saved cookie choices depend on browser scripting and storage. The public catalogue links and the direct phone and email contacts provide another route when those features are unavailable. Blocking a storage mechanism may prevent a chat from being restored after you leave.
We cannot infer a fixing's exact length or tolerance from the photograph alone. Ask for the specific dimensions rather than a visual description if that information determines your choice. This matters equally for readers using magnification and for anyone comparing components on a small screen at a site.
Tell us which step is blocked.
Email or call Jorkli to report an access barrier or request the catalogue information another way.
Send the page address and the action you could not complete. If you can, include your browser and whether you used a keyboard, screen reader or magnification. A description such as “I cannot reach the second table column with the keyboard” is enough to begin. Screenshots are not required.
If your immediate need is wholesale construction fasteners in Austin, include the component name so the access issue does not prevent a product discussion. We can address the enquiry separately from the reported website behavior. We do not publish a guaranteed repair time.
